Sports Day

Bethel receive the trophyThis year, instead of having one big Sports day, we had two separate days. The first one of the two was for years 7 to 10 held at Kingsmead School. The second was for Reception to year 6, but this time it was held at CFS. The scores of the two events were of course added together. The second day was thrilling. There were some really great races.

I especially enjoyed the day because of the ice lollies at half-time. There were also a few stalls selling drinks, school uniform, 4 Points merchandise and bric-a-brac. At the end of the day Mr. Worsley gave out the trophies. Bethel won the sports day, Penuel won the sportsmanship award and Shiloh won the house point award. Mr. Worsley also gave out vouchers to children who had gained the most house points in each year. It was a marvellous day.
