The school fee structure is set low to minimise selection by income (Prospectus: finance). However, educational costs are supplemented primarily by staff who are only realistically waged for less than a third of their time. They contribute further work on a voluntary basis.

Even with this, the school can cover only the basics unless parents and other church community members see the school as a ministry within the church, worthy of financing. For some, this giving can be in terms of time, skill and resources. The ALPS (Additional Learning and Pastoral Support) department, for example, works almost entirely on this basis.
